My partner and I had been looking at rings for a while, and we saw one that really caught both of our eyes, but the design wasn't quite right. After coming across this ring we loved the design, but wanted some colour. Upon reaching out to Jacob I quickly heard back that customization would be no problem, and he asked for details. It only took a day for him to determine he'd be able to get the gems we wanted, in the colours and sizes we wanted, and that he'd fully be able to accommodate our request. The end result is beautiful, the colours are matched perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the ring. Shipping was faster than expected given the custom nature of the ring. I should also mention when FedEx was being difficult with deliver, Jacob was immediately on the phone with them and got the problem resolved.
